Clinical Staff

Jessica Brown, DPT

Jessica Brown joined the staff of Baxter Regional Medical Center in 2012 and currently practices at Baxter Regional Bone and Joint Clinic. She is a 2004 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas in Conway with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Before her Doctorate, Jessica earned a Bachelors degree in Health and Applied Science and a Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 1999, also from UCA. Prior to joining the BRMC staff, she was the Clinic Director/Chief Staff Therapist at Arkansas Neurosurgery Physical Therapy Clinic and Clinical Coordinator/Instructor at Dixon Orthopaedic Clinic in Little Rock. Jessica has practiced physical therapy since 1999, treating spine, total knee, total hip and general orthopedic patients, both pre- and post-surgical. She is a member of the BRMC Sports Medicine Team and leads a Total Joint Replacement Support & Education Group at the Mruk Family Education Center on Aging.

Crosby Holeyfield, RN

Crosby has worked in the medical field most of his professional career, including First Responder and EMT-B training. He graduated from Arkansas State University with a degree in Nursing and has worked in surgery with Dr. Moore as an RN at Baxter Regional Medical Center for the past 9 years before joining the staff of Baxter Regional Bone & Joint Clinic. His past training includes wound vac applications and care, surgical lasers (Laser Safety Officer), charge nurse duties and orthopaedic surgeries. Crosby’s continuing goal is to become an advanced nurse practitioner specializing in orthopaedics.

Kevin James, CSFA

Kevin James began his medical career in 1996.  He moved to the surgery department in 1998 and became a certified scrub tech.  Kevin obtained his Certified Surgical First Assist earlier this year.  He has worked with Dr. Moore since 2003.

Heather Lydon, LPN, ROT

Heather Lydon has been in healthcare for 10 years.  She graduated from the LPN program from Arkansas State University-Mountain Home in 2009. Heather obtained her Registered Orthopedic Technician certification in 2011. She has worked with Dr. Moore since graduating nursing school.

Darla Rainbolt, RT (R), (AART)

Darla Rainbolt relocated here from Illinois. She graduated from NACC in 2007 with a degree in Radiologic Technology.  She has been in orthopaedics since graduation. Darla has worked with Dr. Moore since 2009.

Joyce M. Yarborough, PT

Joyce Yarborough earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota in 1994. She has a wealth of experience in inpatient and outpatient settings including geriatric, pediatric, neuro, rehab and acute care orthopaedics as well as sports medicine. Before joining BRMC in 2012, she was the lead clinician adept with a varied rehab caseload, documentation and PTA supervision at a private facility in Harrison, working to maintain clinical efficiency standards while working closely in interdisciplinary collaboration as a medically complex program champion.
